PREP™
Online or Telephone
There are two ways to use PREP™, either online or through our automated telephone system.
Applicants may complete PREP™ online through your own employment website or at Orion's
PREP site. Once the applicant completes PREP™, PREP™ notifies your managers by
email or fax that an applicant has met minimum requirements and provides the PREP™ report.
PREP's™ automated telephone system functions in the same way the online system functions;
however, the applicant completes PREP™ using a touch tone phone.
And, your managers can access the PREP's™ database at anytime to recruit, review, and
schedule interviews.
