Begin by pre-qualifying your applicants with PREP™ . Your hiring process will automatically create a company-wide accessible database of pre-qualified applicants with no manager involvement. Once your applicants pre-qualify, they complete the PE Applicant Assessment, further screening applicants for profit-enhancing work-related attitudes. Only then does your management team invest time with an applicant. Using the PREP™ and PE information as part of a full interview, your managers have better information with which to interview. After your interview is complete the manager initiates out automated background check and WOTC screening, all from his/her own desktop.
